// CONNECTIONS & CORRIDORS
Connections & Corridors is the Opportunity Collaboration’s “networking concierge” service, introducing Delegates with intersecting missions for learning and resource sharing. Connections lead to management insights, board member candidates, strategic partnerships, even funding. For a sense of the networking power of Connections & Corridors, see For Prospective Delegates.Each Delegate is assigned a “Collaboration Connector” who is a Delegate peer with knowledge and insight about the overall Delegate composition. Collaboration Connectors interview Delegates and help them to customize their Opportunity Collaboration experience and set the stage for strategic relationships.
How It Works
• In advance of the Opportunity Collaboration, Delegate peer interviews review a Delegate’s (a) leadership and organizational goals and challenges, (b) reason and purpose for enrolling in the Opportunity Collaboration and (c) identify three high-value networking opportunities per Delegate.
• Following an interview, pre-event email introductions among Delegates enable each Delegate to plan onsite meetings during the Opportunity Collaboration. Time each day is reserved at the Opportunity Collaboration for pre-arranged networking appointments; see 2010 Agenda.
• Help us help you. Collaboration Connectors reach out to each Delegate once via e-mail and once via telephone. Delegates who do not respond promptly will miss the Connections & Corridors opportunity and benefits.
• Individual Delegates may opt NOT to make their contact information available to other Delegates for advance networking.
• Register and respond early! Connections cannot be made for Delegates who register after September 30, 2010.
